4. Payments and Commission
Payments will be processed as per the agreed terms between DeedDesk and the Agent.
DeedDesk may deduct a service commission where applicable.
Agents are responsible for any applicable taxes or legal financial obligations.
5. Privacy and Confidentiality
Agents must respect client confidentiality and handle all sensitive information securely.
Any data accessed through the platform must not be shared, sold, or misused.
Agents must comply with applicable data protection laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
DeedDesk is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from services provided by Agents.
Agents are solely responsible for the quality and outcomes of their services.
DeedDesk acts as a platform connecting Agents and clients.
7. Account Suspension or Termination
DeedDesk reserves the right to suspend or terminate an Agent account for violation of these terms.
Remove any agent found engaging in misconduct, fraud, or poor service delivery.
Take appropriate legal action if necessary.
8. Changes to Terms
DeedDesk may update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Continued use of the platform after changes implies acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in India.
